Accounting Operations Specialist

Scott Credit Union is hiring an Accounting Operations Specialist in Edwardsville, IL to support our financial operations and help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across the organization. The role involves responsibilities such as ACH and Share Draft Processing, EFT Processing and Maintenance, and Return Deposited Item Processing.

Responsibilities

• Return deposited item processing
• Share draft processing
• Wire processing
• Bill Pay processing
• ACH processing
• Balance Internal GL and DDA Accounts
• Assists with month end balancing

Skills

• Associate's degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) Certification and NCP (National Check Professional) Certification
