About the position
This position is a Work Study role within the MAP department, focusing on providing administrative support for LGBT specialization. The role allows for remote work, with 75% of the time being remote. The position requires a commitment of 15 hours per week, with responsibilities including creating and maintaining electronic files, providing administrative support, coordinating events, and other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
• Creating and maintaining electronic files, databases, and cloud-based repositories (4 hours)
• Providing administrative support to program staff, students, and faculty, including drafting and responding to emails (4 hours)
• Coordinating events such as speaker series, information sessions, and community building events (3 hours)
• Other related duties as assigned (4 hours)
Requirements
• Sufficient computing equipment and internet service at home
• Proficiency with the Zoom videoconferencing platform
• Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Sites)
• At least six months left studying at Antioch
