What You’ll Do?
In this role, you will help ensure that customer engagements move quickly and smoothly from deal close to project delivery.
Support Opportunity-to-Project Execution
Convert closed opportunities into active projects within Salesforce and PSA systems
Ensure project setup is accurate, complete, and aligned with financial and reporting requirements
Act as a backup to the primary Operations Analyst for project creation
Enable Efficient Quoting
Review incoming quote requests for completeness and clarity
Generate quotes for standard service offerings using predefined templates and pricing models
Ensure consistency and accuracy across all standard quotes
Maintain Data Accuracy & System Integrity
Update project and financial data within Salesforce and related systems
Ensure alignment between opportunity, quote, and project records
Support reporting accuracy through clean and consistent data entry
Improve Operational Efficiency
Manage queue-based requests (e.g., project setup, updates) within defined SLAs
Help reduce turnaround time for quoting and project creation
Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and automation
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Partner with Sales, Services Sales, and Delivery teams to clarify inputs
Escalate non-standard or unclear requests as needed
What You Bring?
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
0–2 years of experience in operations, business support, administration, or a similar field
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency and efficiency
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Exposure to SaaS, Professional Services, or project-based environments
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or PSA platforms (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce)
Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g., revenue, billing, project budgets)
Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets
Success Profile

Comfortable working within structured workflows and templates
Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot discrepancies early
Focused on delivering work accurately and on time
Interested in improving processes and increasing efficiency
