Job Description:
• Support us in expanding our training offering into foster child welfare / full‑time foster care (pursuant to § 33 SGB VIII)
• Curriculum and topic development: Contribute to the joint creation and ongoing development of a curriculum and topic structure for foster child welfare / full‑time foster care.
• Thorough literature research: Conduct comprehensive research of current professional literature as well as evidence‑based methods and best practices.
• Creation of practice‑oriented training content: Develop subject‑specific learning materials for professionals working in foster child welfare based on existing concepts or collaboratively developed frameworks.
• Editing/Proofreading: Revise existing texts both linguistically and in terms of subject matter.
• Quality assurance: Ensure precise and comprehensible presentation of content and verify that texts are linguistically flawless and technically accurate.
• Further development of learning materials: Actively contribute to the strategic enhancement of our training courses by identifying sector‑specific trends and best practices and integrating them into the courses.
Requirements:
• Professional qualification: You hold a degree in Social Work, Social or Curative Education, Childhood or Special Education, Educational Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
• An additional qualification or in‑depth experience in trauma, attachment, psychological burdens in childhood, or related areas is an advantage.
• Practical experience: Practical experience in foster child welfare (full‑time foster care under § 33 SGB VIII) or in adjacent areas of child and youth welfare is expressly desired.
• Language skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense for target‑group‑appropriate and user‑friendly wording of texts.
• Quality awareness: You work precisely and with attention to detail, ensuring that all content meets the highest professional and linguistic standards.
• Reliability: You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work accurately and independently, and to honor agreements and deadlines.
• Team and organizational skills: You collaborate closely with our product development team and other team members.
