BDC Representative (Automotive) — Remote (Bloomfield Hills, MI)
AutoLead supports metro Detroit dealerships with software, marketing, and BDC services. We’re hiring a Customer Outreach / BDC Specialist to contact customers (internet shoppers and lease/retention customers), complete scheduled follow-up tasks, and keep the CRM clean and current.
This role is a great fit for someone who likes a structured day, clear expectations, and measurable goals—and is comfortable with high outbound call activity.
What you’ll do
• Contact customers by phone/text/email (internet leads and/or retention/lease customers)
• Follow an AutoLead-provided schedule/cadence (multiple touches—no “one attempt and done”)
• Support dealership sales teams by completing assigned lead tasks and documenting outcomes
• Use CRM software daily to update notes, dispositions, next steps, and follow-up dates
• Maintain high activity including 100+ outbound calls/day (plus texts/emails)
What success looks like (first 30–90 days)
• Consistent, professional outreach and follow-up that matches the provided cadence
• Clean CRM hygiene: every customer has a clear status, notes, and next step
• Tasks completed on time with accurate documentation and strong handoffs to the dealer team
• Confident communication that builds trust—even when customers aren’t ready yet
Requirements (must-have)
• Previous dealership experience in BDC, sales, or service
• Strong computer skills and comfort working in a CRM all day
• Comfortable making 100+ calls/day and working through a high-volume queue
• Strong written and verbal communication (professional, clear, courteous)
• Highly organized and able to follow direction and process consistently
Helpful experience (any of the below)
• Dealership BDC / internet department
• Automotive sales or customer service
• Lease renewal / retention / follow-up work
• Any role involving lead management, outbound contact, or CRM-based follow-up

(Hours determined by position. Position ours range from 35-45 hours a week. Possible rotating Saturdays, depending on position hired)
