Training: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST for the first 3 weeks
Regular Schedule: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM CST
Enchanted Fairies is looking for a Bilingual Experience Concierge to support families throughout their client journey. This role is best for someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment, and able to provide warm, professional support across phone, email, text, chat, and social media.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Respond to emails, texts, live chats, and social media inquiries
• Schedule and reschedule photo sessions and premiere appointments
• Support Spanish-speaking and English-speaking families with clarity and care
• Communicate with internal teams through Slack and other systems
• Follow up with guests quickly and accurately throughout their experience
What Success Looks Like:
• 90%+ monthly CSAT
• 90%+ connect rate
• 10% or lower missed call rate
• Guest inquiries responded to within 2 business hours
• Studio support responded to within 5 minutes
• Consistent attendance, follow-through, and communication
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 1+ year of call center, customer service, scheduling, concierge, or omnichannel support experience
• Comfortable handling phone calls, emails, texts, and chats throughout the day
• Strong typing skills, 50+ WPM preferred
• Comfortable using Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and web-based systems
• Reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace
• Warm, professional, detail-oriented, and coachable
