Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based, excluding CA, WA, DC, HI, PR)
Pay: $19/hour
Contract Length: 6 months
Overview:
We are hiring Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representatives to support customers during the open enrollment period. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a high-volume call center environment focused on healthcare and insurance-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and chat inquiries in both English and Spanish
Assist customers with account creation, password resets, and document uploads
Answer general questions and help customers manage their accounts
Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare plan options
Accurately document customer interactions and input data into internal systems
Additional Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot basic issues and provide timely resolutions
Follow defined policies and procedures in a regulated environment
Complete required training, testing, and certifications
Maintain flexibility as processes and programs evolve
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred
Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
Comfortable handling high call volumes and multitasking
Ability to provide professional, helpful customer support
Nice to Have:
Experience in healthcare or insurance
Background in retail or food service with strong customer-facing experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Work Environment & Schedule:
Fully remote (quiet, professional workspace required)
Must have open availability between 7:45 AM – 10:00 PM (local time)
Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
