As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be the front‑line voice for our borrowers and dealer partners. You will handle inbound calls, resolve disputes, provide payoff quotes, and ensure a seamless experience for every customer who contacts us. The careerzynith Career Development Rotation is a structured, 12‑ to 16‑month program designed for full‑time bilingual employees. Starting in Customer Service, you will rotate to the Funding department, gaining cross‑functional insight into loan origination, risk assessment, and portfolio management. This exposure equips you with a holistic understanding of our business and positions you for future leadership roles.
