Position Overview – Customer Service Associate (Bilingual – Spanish/English)
As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you will be the front‑line voice for our borrowers and dealer partners. You will handle inbound calls, resolve disputes, provide payoff quotes, and ensure a seamless experience for every customer who contacts us. This role is remote‑first, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States while adhering to a consistent Eastern Time schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, empathetic service to callers in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
- Open, document, and track client complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- De‑escalate challenging situations and, when necessary, route issues to the appropriate manager.
- Reconcile customer disputes related to outstanding balances and provide accurate payoff information.

Starting in Customer Service, you will rotate to the Funding department, gaining cross‑functional insight into loan origination, risk assessment, and portfolio management. What You Bring – Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated career stability with at least one year of relevant customer service experience.
