Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients into long-term customers. This role is both commercially and technically focused, requiring the ability to manage complex sales cycles, engage multiple stakeholders, and close mid-market to enterprise deals.
What You Will Do
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, events, and networking. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close and implementation. Conduct structured discovery to understand client needs and business objectives.

Requirements
- 3–6+ years’ experience in B2B sales (SaaS, fintech, payments, or API-based platforms)
- Proven track record of achieving £200k–£500k+ annual sales targets
- Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions clearly
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
