Job Description:
• This role works directly with stakeholders to define, document, and drive business requirements for technology and process changes.
• Own business requirements analysis and definition/documentation, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and managing requirements through the product lifecycle, including UAT testing support.
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Apply knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Requirements:
• 4+ years business systems analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience or BSA Certification
• Knowledge of insurance business (e.g., Personal Lines, Commercial Auto and Claims, Operations)
• Proficient knowledge and experience using diagramming techniques tools (e.g., UML, Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, iGrafx, Miro Guidewire, Pricing tools)
• Knowledge of structure testing methodology, project lifecycle methodologies, SDLC and project management practices.
• User level knowledge of all systems utilized by division/team
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
• Must be fluent in English.
