About the role

We are looking for a CEO / Co-founder to lead the creation of a new AI-driven startup focused on healthcare and medtech.

This is a hands-on founder role, not a corporate management position.

This role offers a rare and exciting opportunity to take a leading position in building a startup from the ground up. You will step in at the earliest stage of the venture and help turn an initial concept into a scalable business, directly shaping both the product and the organization around it.

Within our venture building model, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. You will be expected not only to contribute to the strategic vision but also to translate that vision into a clear roadmap and disciplined execution. This includes defining the value proposition, validating the business model, and iterating the product in close collaboration with technical and commercial stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of operations: from setting up core processes and performance metrics, through managing budgets and resources, to ensuring efficient day‑to‑day delivery. You will build, lead, and inspire a cross‑functional team, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement so that the venture can move quickly while maintaining high standards.

In this position, you will have a direct influence on strategic directions, including market prioritization, go‑to‑market strategy, and scaling. You will be expected to identify and unlock growth opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and represent the venture externally with investors, partners, and clients. The impact of your work will be highly visible and measurable, with traction, revenue, and long‑term enterprise value.
