Position Overview: We are looking for a Channel Partnerships Director based in the United States (remote) to drive channel growth through strategic partnerships across resellers, referral partners, B2C, and emerging channels. The successful candidate will identify, onboard, and develop high-value partners, manage partner relationships, support revenue growth, and deliver scalable partner programs. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Management, and Service Delivery, this role requires strong business development, stakeholder management, commercial strategy, and partnership management experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.   Role Purpose  To convert channel strategy into live, productive partner relationships by growing existing partners, bringing the right partners on board, enabling them effectively and ensuring each channel has the structure needed to generate measurable growth.    Core Responsibilities  Evolve existing partnerships to align with channel strategy, identifying opportunities for growth Act as the primary point of contact for key partners. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders  Own revenue targets or contribution from partnerships  Identify new target partners based on the channel priorities set by the SVP Global Partnerships Qualify new partners against agreed criteria, including fit, reach, revenue potential and operational complexity Manage partner onboarding, including commercial setup, internal coordination, enablement and launch planning Coordinate with Marketing to create partner materials, campaign support, referral messaging and launch communications Work with Sales, Client Management and Service Delivery to ensure new partner programs are practical, scalable and properly supported Track partner activity, pipeline, referrals, conversion and revenue contribution, with clear reporting back to the SVP.   Competencies  Strategic thinking  Commercial mindset  Relationship-building expertise  Business development Industry knowledge  Execution excellence   Education and Experience:   Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 10 years experience. Specific experience managing client and or partner relationships and driving strategic growth preferred. Experience working across a regional or global footprint in immigration, mobility or travel preferred.  Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing a consistent and cohesive approach to managing client and or partner relations and driving revenue growth; ability to apply information strategically, spot larger trends and risks and breaks it down tactical decision making.  Experience leading multiple concurrent projects, overseeing the planning, scoping, execution and transformation of initiatives to ensure long-term improvements.  Excellent interpersonal skills and global mind-set, able to engage effectively with diverse skill sets, lead and inspire and work effectively as a team player.  Strong collaboration within a matrix organization, working across departments and geographies with peers, subordinates and stakeholders to ensure delivery of shared goals and objectives.    Strong communicator; ability to formulate and deliver complex information, issues and recommendations in written and verbal form; experience delivering executive level presentations.  Demonstrated leadership skills with proven level of influence at senior level, negotiation, and facilitation skills.    Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of time to include client meetings, conferences and internal /organizational meetings.    Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Account Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability Coverage Company Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Paid Parental Leave Pet Insurance Travel Assistance Services Legal and Identity Theft Protection Plans Commuter Benefit Subsidy Employee Recognition Programs Referral Bonus Opportunities   About Us CIBT is a leading global provider of immigration and visa services for corporations and individuals, operating in 25 countries worldwide.
