About The Role
What if your civil engineering expertise — built through years of real project work — could directly improve how AI coaches the next generation of engineers? We're looking for experienced Civil Engineers in the Atlanta metro area to evaluate and refine AI-generated career guidance, ensuring it reflects the realities of the profession and delivers genuine value to engineers at every stage.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI experience required — your engineering background is what matters.

What You'll Do
• Review career questions submitted by engineering professionals at different career stages
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level civil engineering career guidance
• Develop objective evaluation rubrics to measure the quality of AI-generated career advice
• Identify and flag inaccurate, incomplete, or unrealistic recommendations from AI systems
• Contribute your real-world project knowledge to improve AI career coaching quality
• Work independently and asynchronously on a schedule that suits you
Who You Are
• Experienced Civil Engineer with a meaningful professional track record
• Strong understanding of engineering career progression, project delivery, and industry standards
• Background in transportation, infrastructure, structural, water resources, environmental, or construction projects
• Excellent written communication skills — you explain things clearly and practically
• Self-directed and reliable when managing your own workload
• No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
• PE (Professional Engineer) license — Georgia registration a plus
• Experience with GDOT, Atlanta Regional Commission, or major Southeast infrastructure projects
• Project management experience or credentials
• Experience mentoring early-career engineers or EIT candidates
• Specialized certifications in construction, environmental, or transportation engineering
