You will play a vital role in transforming paper claims and supporting documents into clean, accurate digital records that fuel downstream workflows, reimbursement cycles, and healthcare provider payments. Position Overview

As a Claims Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will serve as a key contributor on our WI TXIX HealthCare Account support team. Your primary mission will be to accurately and efficiently process incoming paper claims and related documentation, converting them into digital formats using Microsoft Office tools, with a particular emphasis on Excel. Your work will directly support the operational goals of our client, ensuring that claims move smoothly through the adjudication pipeline and that downstream teams have the reliable data they need to make informed decisions.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. You will work independently with minimal supervision, managing your own workload, prioritizing tasks, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30,500 – $43,500 per year, depending on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to competitive base pay, all salaried, full-time candidates are eligible for:
