Responsibilities
Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, preferences, and travel interests
Assist with exploring destinations, resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Provide information and recommendations tailored to individual traveler needs
Support the coordination of reservations, itineraries, and travel arrangements
Communicate confirmations, travel documents, schedules, and trip-related updates
Assist with vacation modifications, special requests, and service-related inquiries
Monitor upcoming travel plans and help ensure all arrangements are completed accurately
Maintain organized client profiles, records, and planning documentation
Utilize company-approved resources and supplier information to support vacation planning
