Our sales team is growing rapidly, as we’re seeking an experienced Healthcare/and or Manufactured Housing Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Agent to advise clients through buying, selling, and strategically managing their real estate portfolios, to help them achieve their individual goals and build generational wealth for their families
In doing so, our CRE Agent team members regularly achieve mid-to-high annual 6-figure incomes in a meritocratic environment – free from corporate bureaucracy and fixed salaries or capped commissions.
Here are some of the crucial functions performed by the successful CRE Agent here at SkyView:
- Building relationships with business owners and prospective clients over the phone and email, to source new potential opportunities (65+ outbound calls per day)
- Helping clients to make well-informed, strategic business decisions through the utilization SkyView’s proprietary process, tools, technology, and resources
- Managing a pipeline of active transactions across all stages of the deal-making lifecycle
- Stewarding transactions through the crucial offer negotiation stage to a successful close
- Leveraging SkyView’s industry-leading training and hands-on mentorship to become a subject-matter expert
