Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) product environments. The ideal candidate will bridge business objectives and technical execution, driving end-to-end product development while collaborating with engineering, architecture, UX, operations, and business stakeholders.
The candidate should possess strong technical acumen, product strategy experience, and a proven track record of delivering scalable digital products and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B and B2C platforms.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between business, marketing, sales, operations, design, and engineering teams.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify product opportunities.
• Support API, microservices, integration, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance using data-driven decision-making.
• Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Ensure products meet security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Communicate product updates, risks, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Product Ownership roles.
• Proven experience managing both B2B and B2C products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to create product roadmaps, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Technical Skills
• Product Management tools: Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Azure DevOps
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• API integrations and RESTful services
• Microservices architecture
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Data analytics and reporting tools
• SQL and data-driven decision making
• User journey mapping and customer experience optimization
Preferred Qualifications
• Product Owner certification (CSPO/PSPO) is a plus.
• Experience with eCommerce, digital platforms, SaaS, or omnichannel products.
• Experience working with customer-facing applications and enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer journey design.
• Knowledge of AI/ML-driven products is a plus.
