The Country Sales Manager, Uzbekistan owns direct sales execution in the Uzbekistan market for the company's Voice AI product. This is a hands-on role focused on building pipeline, developing a personal network, and closing deals directly with clients in key verticals.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in direct B2B sales, with a track record of personally sourcing and closing deals
Prior experience selling technology products - ideally AI, voice/conversational AI, SaaS, or similar tech-enabled solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Uzbek and English
Comfortable working independently and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Proficiency with modern CRM systems and sales technologies
Strong prioritization and execution skills across multiple concurrent objectives
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Sales Execution
Build and manage a personal pipeline of prospects in target verticals (banking, debt collection, insurance, etc.)
Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo/pitch, negotiation, closing
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and quota
Market & Network Development
Leverage and expand personal network to generate warm introductions and qualified leads
Stay current on local market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory considerations relevant to target industries
Represent the company at local industry events and client meetings
Collaboration
Provide market and customer feedback to the COO and product team
Report on pipeline status, forecasts, and deal progress on a regular basis
Product Expertise
Develop deep understanding of the Voice AI product to effectively position it against client pain points
Translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders
