What You’ll Do as a Customer Care Specialist II
As a Customer Care Specialist II within careerzynith’s Mobility Fleet Operations division, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their vehicles. Your day will be dynamic, engaging, and deeply rewarding. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, respond to outbound customer outreach, and serve as the critical link between customers, service technicians, tow operators, and outside vendors. Core Responsibilities and Daily Impact
- Be the Voice of Help on the Road: Field a high volume of inbound calls from drivers, fleet managers, and service partners in need of assistance. Essential Qualifications
- Educational Foundation: A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least three years of experience in a related field such as customer service, dispatch, fleet operations, or call center environments.

For example, any level of degree or certification beyond a high school diploma in a related discipline, combined with up to one year of relevant experience, would also qualify. Alternatively, five years of experience in a related field may serve as a substitute for formal education beyond high school.
