About the Digital Operations Chat Team at careerzynith

The Digital Operations Chat division is a dynamic and rapidly growing space within careerzynith's US Commercial-Medical organization. Our Chat team stands out as a unique and specialized group within our CSO structure because our advocates are universally trained across most US Commercial-Medical products, including:

Primary Responsibilities: Your Day-to-Day Impact

Technical Requirements for Remote Work

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, your internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload. This ensures you can effectively support our Chat platform and deliver exceptional customer experiences without interruption.

Compensation and Benefits: Investing in Your Well-Being

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of $17 - $25 USD per hour, depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
