Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with banking, card-related inquiries, and remittance services. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding banking products, card services, and remittance transactions.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
Collaborate with team members and support departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous remote work experience required.
Minimum 6 months of call center experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of banking products and card services.
Basic knowledge and understanding of remittance processes.
Ability to work flexible and shifting schedules.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer support environments.
Experience handling high-volume customer interactions.
