Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals to join our Customer Care team as Remote Customer Service & Support Specialists. In this role, you will be the voice and personality of careerzynith, assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email. You will work the evening shift (Noon – 8:30 PM EST, Monday‑Friday) and have the flexibility to work from our Selinsgrove office, from home, or a hybrid of both.
