As a Data Entry Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our pricing and inventory data across our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems.

Our success relies heavily on the accuracy and timeliness of our data, and we're looking for a talented Data Entry Assistant to help us achieve our goals. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes in our ecommerce systems, as well as ensuring the accuracy of cost changes and other critical data.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enter all price change requests received from merchant organizations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Understand complex data sets and identify discrepancies in price changes, working closely with merchants and stores to resolve issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of promotional price changes and how they feed into our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems.
- Review and enter store-submitted cost and price changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and creation, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to reopen POs for invoice submission, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, ecommerce, or a similar field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Strategic thinker and innovative problem solver, with a proactive and self-motivated mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, with a data-driven and results-focused mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines and remaining calm under pressure.

- Experience working with Oracle Retail or SAP ecommerce systems, or similar ecommerce platforms.
