- Cross‑reference entered data against original source material to verify completeness and correctness.
- Upload, organize, and back‑up critical documents in the Salesforce platform, maintaining a searchable and secure repository.
- Monitor aging accounts receivable, generate invoices, and collaborate with the finance team to facilitate timely collections.
- Reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices, flagging discrepancies for resolution.
