Job Description

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and other services
- Utilize multiple computer systems to assist customers and document interactions
- Meet performance metrics and targets set by the company
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions
