About the Role:
Snapscale is looking for a skilled and experienced Dental Virtual Assistant – US Private Clinic Experience Required who can work remotely to support US-based dental practice. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, experience in dental administration, and the ability to provide excellent patient support while managing key front-office and insurance-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct insurance verification and benefits eligibility checks
Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system
Ensure accurate documentation and efficient patient coordination
Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and clinic staff

Requirements
Must have experience working with US-based private dental clinics or dentists (required)
Experience with EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient confirmations, appointment scheduling, and inbound call handling
Experience in dental billing and coding is an advantage
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent customer service and patient communication skills
Empathetic, professional, and patient-focused approach
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
