Key Responsibilities

- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using our practice management system, balancing client needs with provider availability.
- Financial Transactions: Present fee estimates, explain payment options, process cash, credit, and electronic payments, and issue receipts with accuracy and confidentiality.
