This remote position supports the execution of Greystar’s Employee Relations strategy by resolving ER matters within an assigned portfolio. Reporting to a Regional ER Director, the Manager, Employee Relations, applies established policies and employment law to day-to-day people issues, conducts investigations, coaches frontline leaders on performance and conduct, and partners across the People & Culture team to deliver consistent and legally sound outcomes.

The salary range for this position $105,000 - $112,000 USD Annually.
Incumbent for this role is, ideally, sitting in or willing to work CST Hours.

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
