Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced bilingual Employee Relations Specialist to join our Shared Services team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional-quality Subject Matter Expert advice and execution on complex Employee Relations matters, managing multiple high-level cases from initiation to comprehensive resolution.

You will join a collaborative, fast-paced regional team dedicated to supporting people managers, mitigating risk, and fostering a fair, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.

Iron Mountain recherche un ou une spécialiste bilingue et expérimenté(e) en relations avec les employés, motivé(e) à l’idée de joindre son équipe des services partagés.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de fournir des conseils d'expert et d'assurer l'exécution professionnelle de dossiers complexes en matière de relations avec les employés. Vous gérerez de multiples cas de haut niveau, de leur prise en charge jusqu'à leur résolution complète.

Reasonably expected salary range: $88,100.00 - $117,500.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
