- Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits over the phone.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Making calls according to a script that is assigned to each campaign that you are calling.
- You may also see further information about the contact and the client.
- Reaching the assigned number of calls per campaign on a daily basis.
- Following our Call Center standards and targets to maintain our quality service.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote setting.
- Flexible schedule availability to work variable shifts, including weekends.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to making calls.
- A desktop or laptop computer with a speaker/microphone (either integrated or as a headset), a reliable internet connection and a quiet room.
