Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively through various communication channels.
- Account Coordination: Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and ensuring all client information is up to date and accurate.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve client issues proactively, ensuring a positive client experience and providing solutions that meet their needs.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
