- 3+ years of experience in systems management/administration automation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong debugging and systems analysis skills for swift issue resolution/mitigation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language like Python or PowerShell
- Experience using modern tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Dropbox, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS
