Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and adaptability to new systems and software.
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating a strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), able to articulate complex information in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner.
- Experience working in a customer service or call center, demonstrating an understanding of customer service principles, practices, and metrics.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of healthcare concepts, terminology, and regulations.
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
