About the Role
As the CDP Product Leader, you'll play a critical role in shaping our customer data strategy and driving the development, configuration, and maintenance of our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, provide technical expertise, and ensure the effective use of the platform to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business requirements
- Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform
- Providing technical understanding and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding segment-building and RT-CDP platform
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with IT and other stakeholders to align on technical requirements and implementations
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform
- Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform
- Leading training sessions to up-skill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform
- Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting partners to coordinate product improvements and workarounds
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our ideal candidate will have:
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience related to technical data management and marketing solution experience
- Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal information
- Embraces diversity, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school degree, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with Customer Data systems such as Adobe Experience Platform or similar systems like Salesforce C360 or Segment
- Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex business-grade systems
- In-depth knowledge of data governance and data management best practices
- Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital commercial enterprise environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization
