We are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team in Gainesville, VA. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, while also contributing to the overall success of our organization.
**Job Role:**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound phone calls from customers to schedule service and maintenance for our Residential Department
* Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
* Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle high call volumes with professionalism and courtesy
* Accurately document customer information into our customer database (Service Titan)
* Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and products to effectively communicate with customers
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
* Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
* Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
**Qualifications:**
* Previous call center experience (1 year minimum)
* Ability to type 70 wpm with high accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
