Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, retail, restaurant, or similar environment.
- Must reside within one hour of Oriskany, NY, to ensure availability for in-person training and potential on-site work requirements.
- Demonstrated flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers and the business.
