Key Responsibilities

- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the products sold in our warehouse to accurately answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Membership Services: Promote and explain blithequark club benefits to clients, assist with club sign-ups, and address club-associated inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex problems to higher management when necessary.
- Phone and Email Support: Provide customer service through telephone or email, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supplying assistance.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms and common areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
