Job Summary
This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires 40 hours of work per week. As a Live Chat Agent with blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via live chat. You will work in a fast-paced environment, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding flight status, schedules, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with booking flights, modifying reservations, and understanding travel policies
- Provide accurate information regarding flight status, schedules, and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark products, services, and promotions
- Document customer interactions and follow up on any pending issues
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
