Key Responsibilities
As a Home-Based Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing assistance, guidance, and support throughout their journey with us. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
- Responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about our services and offerings.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and consultations for clients and team members, coordinating calendars and ensuring optimal timing.
- Checking in clients for appointments and meetings, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately, and assisting with check-out procedures as needed.
- Providing administrative assistance to various departments, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area (remote setup), ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
