Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our remote team at VacancyGlobal. Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job postings, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to supervisors.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring our policies and practices are in compliance.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
• HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Training and Development: Support employee training initiatives and career development programs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree: In Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience: As an HR Generalist or similar role, with a strong track record of success.
• Knowledge of employment laws: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including labor laws and compliance.
• Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• SHRM or HRCI certification: SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus, but not required.
