About Our Team

We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Life Events Advisor to join our Vulnerability, Inclusion, Accessibility & Bereavement team. As a Life Events Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our vulnerable customers, handling bereavements, and providing guidance on third-party access. If you have a strong background in bereavement support and experience working with vulnerable customers, we'd love to hear from you.

The application process for this role consists of three key steps:

We aim to complete the application process within two weeks, but we'll work around your availability to ensure a smooth and convenient process.

Logistics

This role is fully remote in the UK, and you must be permanently based in the UK to apply. The start date for this role will be Monday, 10th November 2025. Training will be Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30, for 10 weeks, and this will be carried out remotely. Please note that holidays and appointments are not allowed during the first five weeks of training.
