About the Role: Night Shift Homecare LPN
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Night Shift Homecare LPN. As a Night Shift Homecare LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in the comfort of their own homes, providing skilled nursing care and making a meaningful difference in their lives. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that all care is patient-centered and tailored to individual needs.
- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, and take prompt action to address any concerns.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare team members, and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses to inform care decisions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where you will be practicing, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the profession.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray, ensuring your safety and the safety of our patients.
- Current BLS certification, highlighting your ability to respond in emergency situations.
- One year of prior professional nursing experience is preferred, although not required, as we value talent and potential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in homecare or a related field, demonstrating your understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of delivering care in the home setting.
- Pediatric and/or adult care experience, showcasing your versatility and ability to adapt to diverse patient needs.

- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
