- Provide timely resolution to clients' travel issues, escalating complex problems to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Document client issues in the Passenger Name Record (PNR) for future reference.
- Perform club enrollment and sales activities, promoting our loyalty programs and services.
- Coordinate services for high-status clients, including Attendant Key and Five Star programs.
- Assist clients with their luggage and provide support during their journey through terminals.
- Maintain the ambiance and services of our lounges and clubs, ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, including food and beverage services.
- Manage the activities of colleagues providing support services, such as culinary and cleaning staff.
- Troubleshoot technology issues in our lounges and clubs, ensuring minimal disruption to client experiences.
- Reserve meeting rooms for same-day travel demands and coordinate services for gatherings.
- Address client concerns and issues, providing resolutions and escalating when necessary.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
