Job Overview

As a key member of our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group, you will play a crucial role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation by identifying statistical trends and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements
- Assisting in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders
- Assisting in investigating critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing insightful reporting to enable senior leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities
- Presenting insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to support the relevant areas of the analysis and facilitate stakeholder understanding
- Assisting in developing and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements
- Identifying irregularities in processes through audits/surveys and communicating findings to the team
- Evaluating the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors
- Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision
- Performing other work duties as directed by the team leader
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze critical measures of data with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen to, understand, and communicate ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation materials to groups of diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of data visualization tools and skills, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, being highly desirable
- The ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
