Job Overview

We're excited to offer a remote opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services to join our team. As a remote call center customer account specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and driving business growth. You'll be part of a customer experience-driven team, earning an hourly rate of $18, with an extra $1.25/hour from 6pm-10pm. Our schedules are dependent on the needs of the business and our customers, and you'll have the opportunity to select from a mix of 8-hour and 10-hour schedules, including holidays and weekends.
