About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting callers with their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Issue Resolution: Research and resolve member or provider inquiries, escalating complex issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
- CRM Management: Record call information and updates in the CRM ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to customers as needed, providing proactive support and solutions.
- Application Assistance: Assist callers in completing online applications, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Problem Reporting: Report technical or system problems through the online system, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer software, CRM tools, and telephone technology, with experience working with help desk software and a strong understanding of technical concepts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with strong problem-solving skills in complex situations and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Internet Requirements: Download speeds of at least 60mbps and upload speed of at least 6mbps (must submit speed test via speedtest.net), ensuring reliable and efficient connectivity.
