In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers who have earned reward points and are looking to purchase products or book travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with tracking shipments, cancelling orders, refunding reward points, and resolving issues with damaged products
- Help customers book travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using their accumulated reward points
- Utilize our website and internal systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and provide support
- Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively

Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner

- Must live in Phoenix or Scottsdale, AZ, and be within 35 miles of Scottsdale, ZIP 85260
