Job Overview

In this role, you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls from our customers and assisting them to the best of your ability. You'll be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring our customers feel safe and supported. With a starting hourly rate of $18 and opportunities to increase up to $21 per hour based on your schedule and performance, this is an exciting chance to join a dynamic team and grow your career.

You must be eligible for certification as an electronic security employee, which requires submitting your fingerprints to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) for use in conducting a national criminal records search and a Virginia criminal history search, and final certification approval from DCJS.
