Job Summary

As a Technical Support Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to client requests, investigating and resolving issues, automating support needs, creating runbooks, improving and maintaining support tools, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the technical support experience. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in technical support, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
