Our team of technology and marketing experts is immersed in the technology trends that affect our clients’ businesses, so we can add value at every stage of engagement to help them succeed.  WHO YOU ARE  Prowess Consulting is looking for a Graphic Designer, experienced with internal employee communications, to create clear, engaging, and scalable visual assets that make complex Total Rewards programs with a leading tech company easy to understand.  This role is ideal for a designer who excels at translating dense, information-heavy content into simple, compelling visual storytelling. You bring a strong foundation in editorial and systems design, with the ability to create both one-off assets and repeatable templates that scale across programs.  You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating closely with writers and project managers to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.  What sets you apart: Experience supporting HR, Total Rewards, or internal communications for large organizations  Ability to think beyond individual assets and create scalable design systems  Strong creative instincts with the confidence to push for impactful visual concepts and ideas  A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to support the broader team  Passion for making complex information clear, engaging, and useful  Please submit portfolio samples showcasing your ability to translate complex content into clear, visually engaging assets (e.g., emails, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, or campaign templates). Alternatively, you may email samples to [email protected].  To be considered for this role, you must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. No third-party agencies, please.  In this role, you can work primarily within your local time zone, with occasional availability needed between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pacific Time.  Key Responsibilities  Design slides, email headers, digital assets, infographics, toolkits, guides  Create visual systems/templates for repeatable campaigns  Translate data and program details into simple visual narratives  Maintain consistency with brand and accessibility standards  Partner closely with the writer and PM on rapid-turn deliverables   Qualifications and Expectations   Strong experience in visual design, with a focus on editorial and systems-based design approaches  Experience with designing for enterprise or internal communications programs  Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop compelling concepts and ideas  Ability to simplify complex, content-heavy information into clear, effective visual formats  Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint)  Strong attention to detail, particularly around consistency, formatting, and accessibility  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment   Additional DetailsThe offered pay range for this position is $75,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
